Cosmetic Dermatology for sebaceous conditions


Milia Removal: A hard closed comedon with a very obvious white head. Milia form when a plug of sebaceous matter and cellular debris harden within the follicle, blocking the pore.  

Sebaceous Hyperplasia: Is a disorder of the sebaceous glands. Blemishes can be single or multiple and manifest as cream to yellowish soft, small papules.

Closed comedones: Is a small non-inflamed lesion holding sebum and dead skin cells beneath the skin surface.
